1:1 Menopause Coaching

Every woman's menopause journey is different. Some find they need support along the way. Whether it's a one-time conversation or ongoing support, my offerings include both. My passion is to help women like you to get to a place of self-trust and peace by offering education and skills to alleviate or manage symptoms, improve mood, and take charge of this new body, mind, and spirit.
I have been a yoga teacher for 15 years, trained and certified in menopause coaching, and am university-educated in Human Resources. I have been navigating menopause myself, as well as empty nesting, and focusing on my own nervous system regulation through breath, yoga, and nature.
My approach combines compassionate conversation, up-to-date, evidence-based menopause education, nervous system and nutritional support, exercise, movement, and yoga, as well as practical workplace strategies.
Coaching is done via phone call, Zoom (EST zone), or in-person. I will always encourage you to work alongside your physician - I am not a replacement for medical care, and I will refer you to your doctor. What I offer is the space, the time, the knowledge, and my lived experience perspective.

THE GROUNDING CALL
A single session with a certified menopause coach for clarity and immediate support. This is the lowest commitment, highest impact place to start. Many women find that one grounding conversation helps tremendously. You may find that one honest hour with someone who is trained and experienced - without judgment, without a rushed appointment, and without being handed a pamphlet is what you actually need.
In our Grounding Call we will:
Talk through your symptoms included on your intake form and pinpoint where you are in this transition and which steps to take next
Untangle some of the confusion around perimenopause and menopause
Discuss how to advocate for yourself with your physician
Identify your most pressing needs and point you toward the right next steps
Educational and tracking materials

THE CONNECTION PACKAGE
Four sessions to deepen awareness and build momentum.
These four sessions take place over eight weeks gives us enough time to get a real picture of where you are, what you need, and what's actually helping. We meet every two weeks — enough space between sessions for you to try things, notice changes, and come back with real observations.
Over our four sessions we will:
Build a complete picture of your symptoms, history, and lifestyle
Explore the connection between movement, yoga, sleep, stress, and your symptoms
Talk about your relationship with your physician and how to get better care
Identify what's working, what isn't, and what to try next
Address the workplace impact if that's relevant to your situation
